At the Dairy

Our dairy is located at the foot of the Vitosha mountain. The perfect combination of nature and clean atmosphere give us a competitive advantage and allow us to produce some of the most natural, high quality products on the Bulgarian market. But we do not rely only on the natural conditions. We work on a daily basis on improving the production technologies.

We constantly monitor the quality of the milk which is transported from the farms by our tanker trucks. Our approach towards the producers is individual but we have concluded contracts with each of them, which mandates compliance with the state standard and the certification requirements.

Our dairy is FSSC 22000 and TÜV Rheinland certified. Our company operated based on an annual monitoring plan which is approved by the Sofia-city branch of the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency. Since 2001 we have operating under the management of the Serdika-94 Ltd.

We process about 300 tonnes of milk a month, of which we produce about 400,000 yoghurt pots, 40 tonnes of cow milk brined cheese and for 4 months a year 20 tonnes of sheep milk brined cheese. Our many years of cooperation with well-known supermarket chains proves the quality without compromises of our products.
